The end of the assignment is far from straight forward and can be one of the most stressful and difficult stages of a relocation, so needs to be planned accordingly.
Organisation
Our relocation departure services are designed to make the whole process as stress-free and straightforward as possible.
This includes serving notice to the Landlord and arranging a suitable date and time for the checkout appointment. This appointment will be attended by one of our professional inventory clerks (in the UK there appears to be an incorrect assumption that the deposit belongs to the landlord).
Final Arrangements
In the meantime, our consultant can arrange for removal quotes along with any cleaning, gardening and handyman services that may be required to prepare the property for the final inspection.
Following the check-out, we will close down any utility accounts and our ARLA trained staff will be on hand to negotiate any potential dilapidation claims that may be submitted.
The programme is extremely flexible and can be adapted to suit individual circumstances.
