Our ‘House Purchase Scheme’ is designed to help your assignee and their family find a new home and feel at ease with their transition into the new area. At Clearview, we tailor our approach to match each individual’s unique situation and one consultant will steer assignees through the house purchase process from initial search to picking up the keys to their new home.

We also provide each assignee with their own personalised ‘Area Information Pack’ and access to a web based ‘UK Area Guide’ and ‘Area Orientation Tour’ to help familiarise them and their family with the destination area.

Once your assignee has decided on the areas they would like to consider, we will undertake a ‘Home Search’ to find the most suitable property to meet their requirements.

Our negotiation skills and market knowledge gained from over 20 years in the business puts us in a great position to help negotiate and agree a competitive purchase price for your assignee’s new home.
