Scoping Requirements
The first step is to scope the requirements of the client. This involves meeting with the client and conducting a thorough analysis of their current and desired situation. We ask questions to better understand the client’s motivation, expectations, priorities, preferences, budget and constraints for the relocation.
Project & Timeline Development
Next we develop a project plan and timeline that outlines how the move will be carried out. Using expertise and experience to design a customised relocation plan that meets your specific needs and goals. The plan specifies the deliverables, activities, tasks, resources, costs and milestones of the project. We then assign roles and responsibilities to each party involved in the project, such as the consultants, the client, the vendors and the service providers.
Risk & Mitigation
To ensure success of the project we identify and assess the potential risks and challenges that may arise during relocation suggesting mitigation strategies to minimize their impact. We do this through conducting risk analysis to evaluate the likelihood and severity of various risks, such as delays, disruptions, accidents, legal issues, compliance issues, cultural issues, communication issues and stakeholder issues. We propose mitigation strategies to prevent or reduce these risks, such as contingency plans, backup plans, insurance policies, contracts, training programs and communication plans.
Project Development & Implementation
The final step is to coordinate and execute the relocation plan in collaboration with the client and other stakeholders, ensuring quality, efficiency and compliance with the agreed standards and regulations.
The consultants oversee and monitor the progress of the project and provide regular updates and reports to the client. They also troubleshoot any issues or problems that may occur during the project and resolve them in a timely manner.
