George Holmes and Simon Bell, founders of Clearview Relocation have exceeded their own expectations for over 20 years, and continue to reach new heights. What was just a relocation company has now grown into the “Clearview Group”, consisting of Clearview Relocation, Clearview Immigration, Aqua Moving Services and a new division yet to be announced.
The duo are two different people but aligned individuals. George describes himself as a more laid back and creative personality, while Simon is more detail and system orientated. What they both share is their love for the greater good, people and a happy, fun environment to work in! Looking at the durability and consistency of their team, one could say without a doubt that the driving force behind Clearview Relocation is the human element. Both George and Simon have stated that their clientele has not only grown because of their expertise and experience in the industry but their connection with the clients who have stayed loyal to them for years by going the extra mile to ensure their happiness.

With over 30 years of experience in the relocation industry, George and Simon’s strength lies in their adaptability – they have navigated through the 2008 recession, the 2018 Brexit effects and now the Covid-19 pandemic. This is all possible because of an incredible team that they cannot stop raving about. George and Simon owe their awards and successes over the decades to their staff members, many of whom have been with them for years. Simon exclaims that he is a leader who does not believe in micro-managing people. He believes the strength of any business lies in not only good leadership but an equally great team with room to explore their strengths while being supported. Simon says,
“We try to give our team the opportunity to find their own way but also giving them the support that they require.”
