The day that the new tenancy starts is always very exciting but there are a number of important aspects that must not be forgotten about.
Attention to Detail
The check in itself is critical because this is when the inventory is signed off and meter readings are taken.
Clearview Relocation will send one of their professional inventory clerks to ensure that the inventory is a true representation of both the contents and condition of the property to avoid any potential discrepancies at the end of the tenancy.
We will check that the property is clean, fit for habitation and that the Landlord has complied with the terms of the offer and fulfilled all of their obligations.

It also provides an excellent opportunity for us to show the assignee around the property and explain how everything works.
Following the check in, we will set up the relevant utility accounts and assist with any snagging issues that may have been identified.
